Grand View Hospital addition is an 8-story building zoned per floor from 2 combined standpipe systems. The system also includes a remote double interlock preaction system to protect multiple TDR rooms throughout the facility, as well as a foam water system that provides protection at the rooftop helipad. There were also renovation areas that needed attention where the existing building and new addition joined. BIM coordination was utilized to help resolve coordination issues in the field.
